Maybe the person goes thru all the unresolved questions he/she answered and then votes for his/her answers with multiple accounts...geddit?

You don't honestly think a single person got that many Best Answers do you without a little help do you?
Basically, s/he had sock puppet accounts that s/he used to vote for his/her answers to ensure they got best answer.
It's pretty simple really. All you need to do is have a few accounts, have your list of answers where the question is 'In Voting' and just vote for your own answers. Hell, I could even script that to run automatically.

becuase catholics have been studying the bible for a looooooooong time and there is a lot of knowledge for those out there looking to learn. he does not have the multiple accounts - just look at his answers. he also does not vote for his own answers. there are numerous trolls posing as him but those who have had him answer or have answered after him know - he speaks with definite conviction, empathy, understanding and elequence.

Catholics usually get a hard time here and maybe that makes him/her more flexible about other religious/spiritual situations.
