Kat Von D will not tattoo someones face unless she knows them or they are another tattoo artist. so no, LA Ink will not do it. no reputable tattoo artist would even do that, especially a high profile one like her.
WHAT TATTOOS WILL HIGH VOLTAGE NOT DO?
We will absolutely NOT tattoo the following:
*no one under the age of 18 (california state law)
*no Pregnant women
*Nothing racist
*No face tattoos, unless youre a tattooer
*No one with a shitty attitude :)

It's illegal to tattoo on some spots depending on local laws. Forehead in La, I'm not sure. But you also have to ask yourself, is a tattoo shop that is trying to build a solid reputation as a place to get high end and glamorous tattoos for ALOT of money going to want to take a risk like that. Everyone you tell will be saying, 'Look what LA Ink did to that idiot kid'. Get some low-brow meth head to do it, you'll prolly feel at home.

You are ripping the p1ss right? Its obviously a rhetorical question, not something youre planning to do. I daresay you'd find an artist somewhere to do it. And as for the religious aspect- well thats all a matter of opinion and beliefs, asking that kind of thing is just trying to stir trouble.

A - They will do anything your are foolish enough to pay them for.
B - Since there is no hell, you are pretty safe.
C - What would motivate you to mutilate yourself in such an obvious manner - it will be there for the rest of your life. Are you so insecure that you have to call attention to yourself in this way. How about you take a second thought on this and try to make yourself more outstanding in more conventional ways. Certainly people will not be laughing at you.

What in the world!!!?If you are willing to get 666 tattooed on your forehead I wouldn't think you would be the type to worry about hell.Only God can condemn you to hell.Or better said,only you yourself can condemn you to hell.Would that do it?Not my call.I do think your nuts though.No offence.

Depends on the artist - they have a load of them over there - as an artist, I wouldn't personally do it and would hope no one from my shop would do it either, but it is all by their choice.
Most shop's artists are all independent contractors.
