Hi, It seems a lesson partly dealing with using the infinitive form, as main verb and as an auxiliary verb. Hence the infinitive itself must not be conjugated only the first verb e.g me gustaba, espero, no me gustan, etc.
Here you are:

- Hay que mantenerse en forma .

- También recomiendo jugar al golf.

- Es muy importante hacer/tener amistades.

- No me gustan mis maestros pero son muy importantes.

- Ir al colegio es muy aburrido.

- Cuando era niño, me gustaba ir a las montañas.

- Hoy espero tener Español tres

Infinitives: mantenerse, jugar, hacer/tener, Ir, ir, tener

PS *STEINER 1: You are really audacious and mistaken too

Debes mantenerTE en forma

HacerSE amigo de alguién es muy importante

No me gustan a mis maestros pero ellos son
muy importantes. ( OFF with A & ELLOS. "A" since it makes the teachers a passive subject in an active sentence). "Ellos" is redundant, son always indicates ellos)

Hoy espero practicar español tres (Español tres is a noun, the name of a course or a book, so it does not need the determinative article el español 3)

Let's take them one by one.
You should keep in shape= Hay que mantenerse en forma.
or Debes mantenerse en forma. (If you are speaking to
someone)
También recomiendo que juegues al golf.(Subjunctive of jugar is juege, ....)
Hacer amigo de alguién es muy importante.
(No conjugation needed here. The sentence
translates as: To make a friend of someone is very important." so the infinitive is used.)
No me gustan a mis maestros pero ellos son
muy importantes.
(Watch those singulars and plurals!!
You are literally saying "My teachers aren't
pleasing to me" so you need a plural verb here.)
Es muy aburrido = It's very boring.
(You need a participle here.)
Cuando era niño me gustaba ir a las montañas.
(Again you want the infinitive here, not a
conjugated verb.)
Hoy espero que practiques el español tres.
(No such word as "espiero". This is said
if you are talking to someone else.
Otherwise, it would be
Hoy espero practicar el español tres.)
