Religious people I ask 4 your help :-(
I have now smelled bad for 4-5 years, before that I did not smell to the point that someone would notice. Please I appreciate your help, but donot tell me to take a shower or wear deodrant, or some other rude comments. I have tried almost everything like changeing my diet (no garlic, cury, chocolate, or milk products) having my liver and kidneys tested, going to a dermatologist, eating cholorophill tablets ...etc..etc...etc
IT MAY SOUND "DUMISH" but I now see no hope in being nomal. I have people at work who sit covering their nose all day, everywhere I go people cover there nose fully...some even walk away. I take a shower twice a day. I wear deodrant. I wear power. I even wear colone. & Yes I have tried many and in different combinations...
QUES:
Anyone here who can help?
If not fixing the problem I am now convinced to just cover it up, Any good deodrants, or colones u recommend?

There is a fairly rare condition that causes people to smell like bad fish. It's caused by trimethyamine in their sweat. It is called TMAU. Ask your doctor about it.
And I am not a religious person. I'm an atheist.

I know this sounds whack..but I had a guy friend in college with the same problem. He ended up finding a solution...buy all white underclothes...tanks, t-shirts, undies and socks...bleach them and dry them in the dryer with scented dryer sheets. The bleach interacts with whatever chemical you are wearing, ie deoderant, powder, cologne, etc. ...you will be able to smell the bleach a little but not anyone else. It will help rid you of the bacteria that are spurred into growth by your ph balance of your body sweat and oils. As well, stick to the routine you are on..except you have probably done more harm than you think with the two showers a day. I would take one shower every other day and instead...hit the pool. Chlorine again...see? Also eat yogurt, drink plenty of water and use a sauna once in a while. All body odor is is an overproduction of bacteria that reacts to the body oils and secretions. That's it. Don't use anti-bacterial soap until you have tried this pool, bleach thing. Light on the bleach though...and you will have to replace your under clothes like ever three months but it will be worth it. Love in Christ, ~J~

Do you know where the source of the smell is coming from? I mean, is it from your underarms or your mouth? Is it a smell that comes from the pores of your skin? That's the first step in finding a solution, locating the source of the odor.
In most cases bad breath or bad body odor result from some type of bacterial infection. If you locate the source then you can seek to find medicine that will work to eliminate the infection. You might have to at the same time get rid of your bed sheets and any other clothing that the bacteria are inhabiting because otherwise you risk getting the infection all over again.

i would recommend going to the doctor and asking them about it. There is a disease that makes people smell bad. If he doesn;'t have any ideam, try a different doctor. Also, (and you might do this already) but try changing your clothes like 5 times a day. I soak your clothes in something that smells pretty before you put them on... other than that i don't know... I wish you the very best of luck though,

Some people can get permanent body odors from bacteria in the skin, or just about anything. You need to see a specialist on that. It could be a std. If you have a body odor like that, it could be very serious. First step to do is to wash your cloths with Joyful Expressions by Gain. And use the fabric softeners when you dry your cloths. Wash with Dove liquid body wash. Use cool water colone. But don't just try to cover it up. Get it checked to.

It is in some peoples' chemical makeup to stink unfortunately, I am sorry it is causing you so much anxiety.
If you find yourself sweating a lot, how do you feel about talcum powder?
It soaks up a lot of moisture, especially good in summer for warding away heat rash.
PS: Normality is overrated anyway.

I find Irish Spring to work best on arm pit odor. My fiance uses Gillette 3x anti-perspirant*deodorant. Wash your armpits with a wash rag every day and every night. Even if you don't get in the shower. Don't use those dumb sponges. They don't work worth a crap! Call and get free info from the Pharmacist at Walgreen's!

What sort of smell is it ?? If its a fishy smell go and talk to your doctor - there is an illness that causes this. As for deodrant - Mitcham is the strongest on the market I believe xx

Maybe you should see a doctor about it. There are conditions that cause people to smell bad, due to the liver being unable to break down proteins and such properally. Seriously, you should get it seen to.
