Also, how can I have them published - like on a Hallmark card?

You can go to Hallmark.com and upload your photo and then it would be on a Hallmark card.

Go to just about any photolab and you can have that service done.. Ritz Camera One Hour Photo may have them ready in an hour time permitting. You will have to pay a higher charge for such a service. There's also Shutterfly/Snapfish/winkflash where you can do everything online and have them sent to your home ! There's templates and everything you just supply the photo... good luck
