If we had a pure heart, we would have no need of God. Perhaps we perceive our hearts to be wanting, so we search for God to fill them. It is a cycle of desire and promise of fulfillment, so typical of mankind.

We were born, as babies, with the purest of heart... and along the way, we started to learn then talk... and along the line to adulthood, we picked up good and bad things. Most believe that our upbringing and experience during our youth account to the type of the person we'll grow up to be.. but i believe that it's more on the choices that we take...
A good example is the TV.. We all watch it most of the time when we are young but the shows we watch might be different. If we put a bunch of kids watching porno in one room, the other bunch watching violence/ sadistic show in the next room and the rest of the kids w. no TV at all but only books.... You'll be the judge of it. I bet the probability of the kids, in the porno room, to be sexually active is high, while the ones w. the violent/ sadistic shows will be more aggresive in personality and more incline to violence themselves. The probability of those kids with only book doing better than other two groups are very high.
So.. it got nothing to do with God. Well, He might be the one to throw us with difficult choices but in the end, we are the one that have to choose the path.
So how can a man be so evil? He may blame that circumstances had led him to be so.. but ultimately, he remain answerable for his action. Here's something to ponder on... if you have no other choice but to kill another a man, to feed your starving family.. Is it right to say you have an evil heart? Do you blame circumstances to have you kill that man? or it was it the choice you made, in your earlier days, that led you to this road where you have ALMOST no other choice to make...

I am Judas, I am Nero, I am Cain, I am Hitler, I am Fleischmann, I am Anneliese, I am Lucifer in the flesh. All possessed by Lucifer pure evil very hard to protect all that is good when competing with such a strong foe.

Jeremiah Ch.17 v9 explains man's natural state. The Lord created man perfect but he fell in the garden of Eden and all men born after Adam were born after his likeness which means we all inherited a sinful nature. The tragedy today is that many people don't see themselves as sinners however we are told in the Scriptures that it's this inward condition which eventually results in people going to hell unless they address the condition which can only be rectifies by "believing on the Lord Jesus Christ"
The sins we commit are nothing more than an outward manifestation of an inward condition. We are told in Ephesians 2:8-9 that we are saved by grace alone and not by our works.

whether that's an city legend or not, i don't comprehend. What i comprehend is that Einstein substitute into not an atheist. He believed in "Spinoza's God," that's to declare he believed that God created each and every little thing yet does not take part in the on an intensive-unfold basis affairs of introduction. In that experience, he has been categorized a Deist by way of theistic view that God is fairly like a clockmaker that makes an eye fixed, winds it up, and sits back to observe it working. The order in the universe can not come out of chaos without superb Intelligence and Omnipotence. that's what Einstein believed. It became the muse for his faith in the mysterious yet orderly workings of the universe. the place Einstein have been given hung up so a procedures as Christianity substitute into in touch is that he believed a good God could overrule the evil in the worldwide, which includes suffering and guy's inhumanity to guy. To him, the capture 22 subject substitute into the two God isn't good, which he ought to not settle for, or God isn't all-powerful, by way of fact if He had the potential to overrule evil, He could (by way of fact he's good). Einstein refused to have faith that God substitute into not all-powerful the two. hence, he only believed in a "palms-off" God who had no intervention after introduction. He did not evaluate the certainty that a Trinitarian God allowed evil so as that He ought to deliver glory to Himself via the sacrifice of His purely loved Son so as to instruct His love for those He chosen till now the commencing place of the worldwide to be His infants. the present age is one stricken via the autumn of rebellious guy and introduction and groans for the arrival New Heavens and New Earth. that is all in the Bible for those fascinated adequate to examine it.

Did you ever think of how boring that would be?
The darkness adds diversity to God's creation... and if the soul is truly immortal, then we are more safe than we realize.
Would you attend a movie in which all the people are so nice to each other and there was no conflict or villain?

Speak for yourself. I was born with a "good heart". Christianity believes in "original sin" while Judaism believes we are born good.
People choose to be evil and to act evil. Religion has nothing to do with it.
