One of my friends is claiming he was in Iraq working for blackwater a year ago and Im just curious to find out of he is telling the truth or living a lie because he talks about it all the time but he only talks about the same thing .. also he is not exmilitary and hes only 20 yrs old so any info will be helpful

Best thing is to contact the company's office directly; that said, it seems unlikely in light of Blackwater's demonstrated preference for former special ops personnel.

Not a chance he was with Blackwater.. Ask him how much he had to pay Blackwater for their training. Each person who is accepted to Blackwater has to pay for their own training with the company. The cost is $18,000 up front. They only want serious people.

he's full of crap. You have to be prior military to get in with Blackwater and at 20, I highly doubt "a few years ago," he was able to finish an enlistment, get hired with Blackwater, do their training AND manage to work in Iraq.

He's BSing you. You have to be prior Infantry or spec ops to just so you can apply for them. Then you have to get offers to go. I hate people like your "friend"
