The niv has taken out major doctrines.

It was translated by 2 sodomites , among others, and have taken every reference to Gods punishment for that sin out of the book.

read them side by side and you will throw the NIV away.

they have taken out whole verses.

The New World Translation is about the most accurate and truthful of all Bibles. The Bible scholars went thru a lot to make sure that this Bible contains no spurious writings and that all that has been taken out, or falsely put in has been corrected.

I hope this helps. You can get one at a kingdom hall near you.

It is a serious matter before God to lie to a fellow human being about his word, The Bible, so know that I am telling you the truth.

Bless

Look for a Paralel Bible. It may have the NIV on one side and the King James on the other. Check out eSWORD.com too.

It's called a Parallel Bible. Google it.

that's really weird you mention that, because I was looking for a Bible at church last night and just picked this random one up and it had the KJV on the left and NIV on the right ...hadn't seen one like that before hand.
