buy a digital scale. weigh yourself every night, and try to have your weight drop about 1 kilogram (2 pounds?) each week. do this by reading about the kj (divide by 4 and you get calories) in the food you buy. so you can control how much you have. dont be fooled by the per serving bit in the nutrition table, make sure you know how much the serving is or look at the per 100 gram bit for a percentage, really showing you what its got inside. and dont eat less or too much less. just eat a lot more vegetables, and for your meat, eat the same amount of meat, just much less fatty meat. and cut out too much chocolate and chips and soft drinks, replace it by more fruit and water.
also dont eat 2 or 3 times a day in large amounts, eat 4 - 6 times a day so spread it out. and have a nice big breakfast.

There's no such thing as losing weight without exercise unless you have a disease or a gastric bypass. Walking is a great way of getting exercise! 30 minutes a day is all it takes about 5 times a week to get started and the good news is that you can break up those 30 minutes into six 5 minutes sessions! Don't get all burned out on an athlete's version of burning off the fat by running 15 miles a day.

alrighty here is the lazy persons way to diet with out drugs and less exersise.
1 drink ONLY water and skim milk - REPEAT ONLY WATER and skim milk.. u can have a diet soda or sweet drink now and then and when i say now i then i mean ONCE a week!
2 sleep pattern is important! sleep at least 8 hours aday NO MORE THEN THAT!!!
3. PUT DOWN THOSE FRITOS - eat popcorn or wheat crackers instead AND NO COOKIES! eat more vegetables and i dont mean load them with salt and butter.. dont over eat on fruit it has too many sugars.. lay OFF the bread.. only a little bit here and there... NO ICE CREAM OR PIE OR CANDY OR CAKE.. only in moderation.. eat more salads..
4. drink slim fast if you want too.. or not its up to u.
5. you HAVE to exersise a little you lazy lizzard!!! GET UR BIG BUTT OFF THE COUCH! do some house work. if possible for your lazy self get ur heart rate at atleast 138bpm for 15 minutes and that is a good aerobic workout for the day.
6. remember this... take you weight and multiply it by 15. that is how many calories your body burns just to maintain itself.. you will burn at least 450 cals from sleeping 8 hrs aday... the large number you get from multiplying... if you eat lest then those cals u will lose weight.. if you eat more then you will gain.

My answer to ur question is to go 4 jogging of course u can take out half an hour 4 yourself everyday u will see the improvement with in months. but on 1 condition keep a proper diet & before going 4 jogging keep ur stomach empty.After eating do yoga there is a asan called Vajraasan.the only thing u have to do is to put a mat &sit on ur legs 4 15min

Simply put, eat A LOT of healthy food. This should boost your metabolism, and by taking in less simple carboyhydrates and fat. Exercise regularly, and don't overwork yourself. It may take some time depending on how overweight you are but you WILL see results. Just remember, the right diet, and the right amount of exercise will do it!

you can cut out the bad foods and eat more of the good. If you stop drinking soda (if you do) you'll see that your pants will be a bit looser in a week or so. drink plenty of water! and when you're hungry munch on fruits and veggies. they'll put a stop to your craving of the fast food type munchies.

it only works if you calaculate the amount of calories you need and then eat 500 less a day than you need. You can still splurge occassionally but just stick with it and you'll gradually lose weight i promise it worked for me

Sadly there is no easy answer. The only healthy way to loose weigh is to use more energy then you consume. I.e exercise.

Yeah there is...try the GM(General Motors) diet, it works really well. You will lose 10 pounds a week!!!

regular small healthy meals, never skip breakfast, this will change your metabolism ( 1 large meal = slow metabolism= fatty) when your body knows food is regularly given it will burn off food and not store it.
