Can I know how much is cost in India on the road

ford radiators have cross flow from top one side to bottom other side . Over time sediment builds up and blocks the cores. Every three years the side header tanks have to be removed and the core cleaned.
The reason for the build up in the bottom is because the water flow is slower at the bottom allowing crud to drop out and solidify.

Yes the system is under 1.2 to 1.7 Bar. If you have more then 2.0 bar in the first few minutes you could have a bad head gasket. However if the system trys to over heat and boil because it has air trapped inside the Cyl Head It can make steam and seem like it is presurizing

My suggestion would be to pressure flush the system - If no water comes out you know you got a clogged radiator!

squeeze a radiator hose. if it is kind of hard your are good to go
