26 isn't old, and I know a lot of people want to kill you for asking that. No one can calculate how many less years you will be on this Earth. You may live to be 99 and still smoke a pack a day, or you could quit cold turkey tomorrow and die of a heart attack by 30. To be on the safe side, I would just quit if I were you. Smoking is an unhealthy habit that can lead to many devastating diseases, plus it cause wrinkles, stains your teeth, and makes your breath, hair, and clothes smell foul. And it's expensive. Need I continue? You get the point.

Quit smoking now while you are YOUNG. Smoke two packs a day for the next twenty years. Do some math here:

The cost of 2 packs a day times 365. Take that sum and multiply THAT by 20. Staggers the mind how much $$$$ the bottom line comes to be--and what you could do with it.

If you continue to smoke by age 46, you'll likely have developed COPD--and may have less than 10 years left till you suffocate to death.

NO! you are not old, maybe a little immature
Your life span depends on your diet, personal vices, and family history, here is a clue that I hope you will take to heart.....If your life style is unhealthy then change it, stress and worry will shorten your life quickly, and of coarse you could get run over by a bus, hit by a car, ect. ect. However the answer to your question is what are you smoking? and how much? and
how often? and what are you going to do about your life?

No you are not old, but smoking makes you look old. It wrinkles up the face and rots your teeth.

If you smoke your life expectancy is often cut short. I know, both my mother and father died of smoking related diseases.

My mum was 67 she died of lung cancer. My dad was 64 he died of heart disease.

Both of them died young due to smoking. It may sound old but it's not. I want to live longer then them. I have children and I want to be around for them when they have there own children. Unlike my parents they were not around for their grandchildren.

Are you married? Do you have children? Think about the ones you may leave behind.

OLD?? You are barely out of your teens!!! I'm 52 in a few weeks - I do not consider myself "old", and I've been smoking since 16.

you're not old, but you might be shortening your lifespan by smoking. there are many statistics and balances but there is some calculation by which each cigarette shortens your lifespan by 10 minutes.
