When I read about Prava's disclosure, I went through various web sites. Same story everywhere but no authenticity. To believe something, some government has to speak but all governments are either silent or take no firm position whether it is issue of aliens in space or U.F.O.'s. I'm not able to understand this attitude as such posing this question. My question is to both the governments of U.S.A & U.S.S.R. Will their authorized spoke person respond to this question. My question is to general public too for some logical explanation to the silence of these two governments.

It's even worse than that, because before the first manned flight and landing on the Moon in 1969, the scientists of the day were not sure even just how deep the Moon dust on the surface might have been. Some even thought that the Lunar Landing Module would simply sink out of sight into the dust.
Shows you just how little we know about the moon.
Another thing, what was that UFO flying thing doing during the first takeoff and return to Earth? No one explained that. Then there was the flag waving in the breeze - like the Moon has an atmosphere!

If there were aliens on the moon, or earth and the US or Russians governments knew about them, it would be impossible to keep it a secret all of this time.
