I don't like any of this:
"Overseas travel, meet interesting people in other cultures and learn how to kill them"

Its not my style.

If you've told them a few times already (clearly) then if they keep calling, tell the police that they are harassing you. Same rules apply to them as they do to anybody else.

The reason they keep calling is probably because they just don't bother to take you off of their list. If you want them to stop calling dont tell them that you are not interested tell them to stop calling you. I was in the Marines and my family would still get calls from recruiters (mostly army) while I was on active duty. Its just part of life eventually they will stop, most likely because they just got in the new phone roster of high school seniors who are about to graduate. Other than that just deal with it or join up.

Last I heard it was alright for gays to be in the service. (although when I was in things were different.) If you tell them you joined the Navy because you are more interested in sailing to far off distant ports, meeting passionate oriental women, and catching erotic foreign diseases. I bet they would never call back. (although in my days we Marines did a bit of that too.) I think they are calling back because they need people to enlist due to the present war we have going on. Recruiters have even been calling the VA Hospital trying to get guys that are in the PTSD program to reenlist. Things are rough and they are hard up.

Tell them you joined the air force. Just tell them you don't want to join and you will report them if they do not stop calling you. Like many other people have said it is harassment. Even if it is the military they still have rules to follow.

Well, if your from the States or Canada, there is such a thing called "concious objection". Where it is against your concious to join the Marines. You might have already used that, but if you haven't, that is probably one of your better choices to tell the Marines.

Tell them that you are not interested in joining and to stop calling. By regulation after you have told them that they are no longer allowed to contact you. For them to remove you you must be the one to tell them, they can not remove you if it is your parents that tell them. You don't want to tell them that you are gay just to get them to leave you alone. By telling them you are gay there will be public record of you being gay. Just something to think about that could come up to bite you in the *** later.

Tell them you joined the Navy already. It will make them mad enough to stop calling.

tell them your gay, and that they should call real men. What is really cool is this works with the Army, Navy, and Air Force when they call to.
