Nope, there is no such webpage.
But if you know the unit the person was with and thier name.
You might have better luck finding out.
There is no official webpage that list who was awarded each military decoration.
Your talking millions and millions.
But you can find webpages, that list who in individual units were awarded what medals, or for the valor awards, sometimes you can find them by conflict.
You have to narrow your search down.
IE: just look for awards of the silver star in afghainstan, etc.

There are no such thing as military metals. Medals yes, but not metals.
You can do searches on the major medals, like the Congressional Medal of Honor, there is even a Congressional Medal of Honor society, I'm not sure what their web page is off the top of my head, but you can google it.
For the guy below me, yes, steel is used in tanks, but it is not a military metal, it is a metal used by the military. The military does not create metals, it uses metals created by others in products.

First, it is "medal" not "metal". Second, no, there is no one place where you can find all who have received a particular medal for any branch of the military services. I was in the Navy for 21 years and I have looked for such a site and have been unsuccessful at finding one. I was looking simply to verify my own awards could be verified by an outside source if need be.

for a single particular person; they can check their record, on-line. For a group, you can see what units were awarded unit citations at the Heraldry Office of the army.
once a certain soldier has passed, if you have his service number you can pay for access to their records, unless its free now. I was doing genealogy and have many from the past in my family.

There are Military metals, don't let the above guy fool you.
Tanks are made of steel, for instance.
There is handful of different metals used in the construction of planes.
Unless you are talking about medals....in which case the guy above me is absolutly correct ;)
