a doctor smokes pot and does cocaine. how do i report this?

You can report this to the Wisconsin State Medical Board by going to this website:

Print this out, fill it out and mail it to the board. They should find your complaint interesting. Hope this helps, stay healthy.

Contact a hospital that he practices at and ask for thier "Corporate compliance Number", most hospitals have this as a hotline that you can call and not identify yourself. If you report something serious like this, they are supposed to investigate, and try and fix the problem. Most hospital want to keep thier reputations intact, so they will insist that the Doctor get help.
You can also contact the medical board for your state.

i do no longer think of it relatively is common, or a minimum of i'm hoping it is not. i be conscious of of a few people who smoked pot of their first trimester yet they had supply up by utilising the 2d. i be conscious of a few mothers who smoked cigarettes throughout the time of their total being pregnant (lots to my sadness). I have been given pregnant with my first son whilst i became a young person and that i smoked pot and cigarettes earlier I knew i became pregnant. as quickly as i found out, I supply up.

Well, turn him in. People might say you snitched, blah,blah,blah. But, you would be doing something good for him. You would be helping him lose an addiction.Think of it like that and you will be able to do it.
