what hour of the day and how old are you?

it all depends, I actually just got back from doing some cardio a little while ago...

most of the time I go in the early am around 5am before work. when I sleep in I'll go about 7am, i always try to get my training in first thing in the morning that way it's done and out of the way for the day. no waiting for machines at that time of the day you can blast through any exercise program

if i am going to go i like to go in the morning because it is emptier, but if that was not a factor i would go in the middle of the day, so it gives me a mid day boost. I am 19 years old.

7days a week 3:30 - 4:30 (depends if i have friends to train) and im 15 years old.
mon - chest & tricept & abs
tues - back & bicept
wens - shoulders& abs
thurs - lowerbody ex. legs ect
friday,sat,sun..........
Repeat cycle
