brush your teeth for atleast 5 minutes, use mouth rinse especially the kind that specifically states it works to kill germs and plaque, floss in btwn your teeth esp. after meals.............. do all that 2-3 times a day every day. should help

if you go to the drugs store you can get a dental mirror, pik and scaler and either you or a friend can clean the plaque off for you its not the nicest experience but it has to be done

buy one of those metal curved dental picks they have at the drug store and scrape it off. i do it because it seems to collect around near my permanent retainer. be gentle, it really easy where you can see easily. there is also mouthwash that can help prevent it and a electric tooth brush helps too.
