I'd take the chocolate bar and shave it too, but slightly warm the chocolate with your hands to soften a little bit before shaving.

You can only buy white chocolate bars in the market never shaved chocolates. You would have to make use of a peeler to shave it.

try using a potatoe peeler on a bar of white chocolate.
