If all went well with the births, there's no specific thing you can do except leave the mother and kittens alone. She'll clean herself and the kittens. The only thing you can do at this time is to make sure she has plenty of food and water since she will need more of both due to nursing. If you want, you can change out the bedding if it's stained with blood and fluids. The cat will appreciate that.

Feed her well. Change the bedding often. Give her an alternative nest box as she will have to follow her hard-wired nest-moving instinct at some point. Make sure she has plenty of water and the food is kitten food not cat food that you feed her, as she needs the extra calories.

The main thing you should have done to look after her is to have had her spayed- oops... So don't neglect to do that once the kittens are weaned. Keep your fingers crossed that she didn't catch Feline AIDS.

No...she will clean herself. Make sure she has access to a good quality kitten food at all times. She needs the extra calories and nutrients that regular cat food cannot provide.
