not really as there is little science behind it. one thing that I have noticed over the years at least from my experiences is that it seems that there are more lifetime athletes that are blood type O than any other blood type.

Yes emphatically!!!! I am blood Type A and have followed my edition of "Eat Right 4 Your Type" for 4 years. Having all sorts of ailments especially joint and digestive problems, I was referred to a naturopath who told me try this diet, so I bought the book. When I was younger I had trouble digesting all sorts of food and drink, I also wondered why I used to feel really uncomfortable after eating red meat and read that Blood Type A people are vegetarians, researched back to our ancient ancestors whos genes we inherit. I have stopped eating red meat but, am allowed chicken and fish. The book tells you what is best to eat and drink for health, disease,(Type A's are prone to stomache cancer, due to low levels of stomache acid) diet, exercise, longevity, physical and emotional well-being. I also take vitamins, and other food supplements, while on this diet. Hope this helps convince you in blood type diet.

I've heard of it, we had a family friend who believed in it and practiced it. He was in great shape and healthy, however...He died of a horrible cancer. It was not related, of course. I haven't persued it.
