Wrong. There is a lot of animal fat in pork and that is high in cholesterol.

Yes. It is correct. The fat content in Pork is more. 3 oz of port contains 22 grams if FAT and 85 MILLIGRAMS of Cholestral. So the Fat content is nearly 25 times more and it is very bad for health.. Please refer the nutritional value chart at - http://www.answers.com/topic/pork -

well it is true that only fat contains cholesterol. and also there is much less fat in pork's inner and outer fillet than for instance in beef's outer or inner fillet. so if u re eating only fillet u re not consuming that much cholesterol
