Or not. We can't really tell that from your avatar. How about this: God was a cookie cutter, and we are all his cookies. His was the ideal image, and we were made with that ideal in mind, but even so some of us are toasted a different shade, or got horribly maimed in the baking, or have a little bead of baking soda that makes us a bit bitter.
Or in some cases, massive egos.
That is not Christianity, that's Plato. Look it up.

First, God is NOT a "slick dude". He is Holy and deserves our adoration and respect. Second, you speak of God in the past tense. God is EVERLASTING, the same yesterday, today and forever.

It isn't God's fault you went astray. Your spirit still dwells in you as long as your outer body lives and that is where you resemble him, not in that outer temple that holds your spirit. Only you can clean up your act and make yourself a benefit to society. You have a choice and can either follow satan and his wicked ways or you can keep your spirit clean and follow God and do what He has commanded.
