What was the historical significance of a message wiht the words "What hath God wrought"? by Ann Elsworth in Baltimore from Washington?

I don't know. I bet she just thought it would be a cool line to boost from the Bible. The line comes from the book of Numbers. The Israelites are wiping out their enemies in the land of Canaan and someone says that the Israelites are going to whip so many people (with God's help) that their enemies will say, "What hath God wrought?" Sorry I don't know the chapter and verse.
