How can you be "in love" with someone you can't even talk to? That makes no sense. If you can't talk to her, then how do you know anything about her to love her?
You're infatuated, which is not love.
Get some backbone and talk to the girl already.

You are not in love, if you can't even talk to her. You need to make an opportunity to walk over to her, and ask he if she would like to hang out with you, or give you her number so that you can get to know her better.
Sooner or later you are going to have to get up the nerve. The sooner you do it, the sooner you will be able to enjoy her company if she is willing.
Don't be afraid of rejection, everyone, including the sexiest men in the world have been rejected before. There is no shame in having the b@lls enough to give it your best shot!!!

You need to talk, man. There is no way around it.
Just find a common interest. Maybe a few common interests. Or even research a few of her interests and then approach.
Develop a sense of humor. Girls like funny guys and humor helps them be at ease.
