There's this boy who always looks at me with a funny look. His eyebrows go up and he curls his lips inward. It's almost like he's scared of me or something, it's so weird. Any idea what this facial expression means?

I do that when i am puzzled at something so maybe he thinks of you as an enigma,, maybe theres something about you that is mysterious that he cant seem to figure out.. or maybe hes just a tard..♣

well if he always looks at you then he is probably not scared of you. it sounds to me like he is always checking you out. he may be too intimidated to talk to you. ask him why he looks at you like that.
