Is there somewhere or anyway somebody can find a loan with bad credit , not cash advance a long term loan ?

If you have collateral then yes generally someone will do it. For example, Capital One, Drive, and Americredit are some of the big banks that do specialty financing in auto loans; I think CPS even goes auto loans when you don't have a FICO score. Generally a regional bank or credit union wouldn't do it.

Depends on how bad your credit is, and how big of a loan you are looking for, but probably not except from friends or relatives.
