Why murder animals? Why murder plants? Why murder bacteria? why murder sperm/egg cells?
We have to define what life means before we define what murder is. I agree that abortion should only be applied during the 1st trimester.

now that i've stopped laughing...PRO choice is not about murdering, it's exactly what it is...a choice! who has the right or the authority to tell someone how to conduct their life and how or when they should have a child. don't put up a question with pro choice in it if you believe that terminating a pregnancy is about murder, clearly you are an ANTI abortionist. it angers me that so many people still say things like, ' oh the condom broke' or, their contraception has failed them. condoms are put through a very rigorous test before they are put on any shelf, and contraception has been around for over 30 years!! so it's not as though people don't know how to use it! THAT is what p****s me off. people should take a lot more responsibility for their actions instead of having to put themselve in that situation in the first place!

1, it's not murder, 2, it's not a baby. It's a fetus, and just because it has a beating heart does not make it equal to a person. Abortion should only happen during the first trimester, after that...it may not be murder, but it's wrong just the same. Partial birth abortions are terrible, and I do not condone that sort.
Accidents happen and if a woman decides to have an abortion, it's her business and you should stay out it.

The question is whether or not it is a baby when it is encapsulated in the mother's womb, or a fetus.
It is not the right of anyone else to enslave another person. Requiring a woman to do something with her body she does not want to do is exactly that: enslavement.
If you truly believe that the fetus is a person, then I suggest you get your state government to issue conception certificates rather than birth certificates, but at that point you will have to allow the women that are held captive by that "person" to sue them for monetary damages caused by involuntary servitude.

Because you can't tell someone else to do with their body. If you could, can you imagine the society we'd have. Your to fat so I'm going to give you liposuction. Just because you believe in Pro-choice doesn't mean its pro-murder. It just means that the choice should be open for those who would do it. And because we live in a country that is fond of freedom that's one thing that is still free. What we can and can't do with our own bodies. You pro-lifers always bring morality into it. Its about freedom not murder.

I do not think ANYONE wants an abortion but for some, it's an answer. Why does the fetus/baby have more rights than the mother?

They'd have their reasons. Like if they never wanted it, the relationship between the two parents is very poor, and they believe the baby will not have a good life.

Dew whut? No one is murdering babies. Abortion is the termination of a fetus. A fetus is not a baby. Babies are born not fertilized.
