i have been giving her a bottle every 4-5 hours with puppy formula in it and a little wet food with formula, she was wormed yesterday and still has diarrhea? and is breakin my heart cause she cries constantly, what do i di? please help me?

Why do you have such a young puppy? Is the mother dog alive? if she is,you need to take the puppy back to where you got it so it can nurse from the mother for another 4 weeks.if you can;t then,you need to wipe the puppies genital area with a warm ,damp cloth or paper towel to stimulate it to go to the bathroom.Also,if she's crying constantly,she may have colic,and she probably misses her mother and littermates as well.The diarrhea is not good in such a young puppy.You need to have her checked by a vet asap,but the best thing would be for her to be back with her mother.

First, She should be bottle fed every 2 hours, according to my vet. My female had puppies and decided at 4 weeks she wanted nothing to do with them, so I had to feed 9 pups every 2 hours. Also if she is in a cage or pen you should keep it super warm and possibly use a heat lamp if neccessary. Good Luck!

Take her to the vet, they should help you there, your suppose to take your dog to the vet wenever you have a problem.
