Good point that you raised Thunder about God providing manna to the Israelites when they were in desperate need.
Maybe God is a bit racist towards the Africans.

Even if you accept that it is the fault of the "haves" in the world for not getting aid to these children ,God is still allowing innocent children to suffer and die .
An analolgy : We see an irresponsible parent leaves their child in a parked car in 100 degree heat . The child is dying . Do we as a bystander break the window and save the child ? Or do we stand by and let the child die so that the parent can learn a lesson ?
Or course, if either we don't care , or we are imaginary , we don't break the window . But if we care , do we break the window ,or teach the parent a lesson ?
Choosen One , pretty lame comparison ! Many women in Africa that have AIDS got it as a result of rape , including the rape of girls young as 3 years old ( Yes that is true ! Because the lack of proper sex education in those areas allowed men to believe the superstition that sex with a young virgin could wipe away the AIDS Demon .) Also AIDS infected men bring it home to be forced upon their wives . Using condoms would stop this epidemic much sooner than any religious ban on non maritial sex . But yes you ARE right , many of the people that suffer and die as "God" and the church standby and watch are innocent children who are in the situation though no fault of their own .

No, God left it up to us to help our brothers and sisters. Rich country's such as Europe, USA, Germany, China, Russia, etc. The leaders of the African Nation's are at fault by confiscating all support for the people that we send over there. It's not God, but the people. Also to, It has been showed and instructed to the people many years ago, how to farm, and irrigate the land. If a people won't help themselves, well, what are we to do? We can't go grow it, harvest it, grind it, cook it, and feed it to them. They must do some own their own.

All Africa and other countries have to do to stop the spread of AIDS is to stop living the way they are and start following the God Yahweh's disease prevention plan He wrote out for the Jews known as the hygiene laws found in The Laws of Moses. Those that have the disease will still die from it but following this disease prevention plan will over time cause the disease to burn itself out enough to keep it under control for future generations.
