i eat a lot of grapes and i was wondering if they had a certain kind of supplement like vitamin D or potassium...thanks for the help!

yes they are good for you. they do indead contain a lot of natural sugar too. but they are an antioxidant. keep eaten grapes, but thats not the only good fruit for you that tastes good too.

They have lots of antioxidants and are very nutritional. Keep on eating them...just make sure to wash them very thoroughly!
