by the way i way 140 and max 175 on the bench, is this good or should i work harder?

there is no correlation between age and strength. the majority of adult males can not bench their bodyweight so it that aspect you are way ahead of most. keep doing what you are doing and remember to never substitute weight for form. injury occurs in resistance training as the result of improper form not from using heavy training loads.

I'd honestly say that the average 16 y/o male can bench press his own weight a few times. Don't worry too much about going past 185... it may seem critical now, but in the grand scheme it's not that important.

i'm sixteen years previous.i began out at one hundred thirty five.I wasnt useful approximately attempting for extra considering the fact that I in no way quite did squats yet now my max in simple terms bigger to 225.next time i'm going for 250.
