according to evolution we all originated from the same ancestor does that then mean we are all cannibals and murderers when ever we eat or kill an animal?

Not quite. Cannibalism refers to consumption of other members of your own species. While there's no universal definition of "species", it's pretty safe to say that eating fish or even cows is not cannibalism.

life evolves according to it's natural environment.... a plant could evolve into having fruit in warm climat and in another climate evolve into having flowers only... or berries.... it's not that we all evolved from the same ancestor but we evolved the same way through our enviroments..

No, because we eat animals that are different phyla. Besides If creation is true which no way in hell it is, that means we have incest no matter who we have sex with?
