illium is part of pelvic bone
fibia is part of lower leg and perhaps the most difficult to learn(hahaha)
metatarsals are in feet
2.answer is hematopoiesis
hematoma is abnormal collection of blood

The carpals are in the wrist, the ilium the pelvis, the metatarsals the feet. I'm not sure if you meant tibia or fibula, but those are both shin bones.

Hematopoiesis is the formation of blood.
