How do I convert .cue files back to AVI?

Hi!! :) I have downloaded and installed the VLC media player and it has converted all of my AVI files to .cue and my Window Media Player (my preferred player) cannot open them.

Any ideas on how to convert them back to AVI?

Open VLC and click on the Help Tab, all will be revealed.
