It depends if you are living off campus. Either way Sallie Mae has two different loan programs that can help. If you are on campous--signature loan, if you rschool particapates in the program. Or the tuition answer loan, the money comes to you.

Both offer no payments until after graduation. You may need to add a cosigner to get it though.

You may not like the answers, but they're correct. You cannot just ask the government for a certain amount and if your credit is bad you won't get a private loan. You are limited to government loans only and even though you work full time, you still have to include your parent(s)' income on your financial aid application. There is no way you could get even close to the amount of loans you would need to quit your job and live off loans. No way. Not going to happen. You will have to continue to work full time while going to school, or you can move back in with your parents and let them support you while you are in school. Welcome to the realities of being an adult.

Dont forget Stafford loans if you havent applied for one already. Citibank and Wachovia have MUCH better rates and both of their private loans are ZERO FEES. Sallie Mae loans have some of the highest fees and interest rates in the industry.
