God blessed Adam and Eve and told them to be fruitful (have sex) and multiply before the fall (sin).
Sexual intercouse btwn. a married man and woman to bear a third person, a child, image the Triune God's eternal exhange of life and love! God bless.

They had to. What other reason would there be for them to be "ashamed"? the first thing they do is hide their paraphanalia after they realize their naked.shame is a large part of the extreme conservative guilt trip. plus, God says eve's labor pains will be INCREASED as part of her punishment, but since they don't have cain and abel until after they leave the garden this shouldn't be a butt kick since up to now she has no pain to know how bad an increase is.

May be the fruit of forbidden tree had the trigger for activating the hormones of sex in theirbodies. Soon after they ate it, they felt shy of each other and were hiding their bodies with leaves.
before they ate the fruit of that tree they were like children with out feelings of sex or awareness of difference in each other's genitals.

Well see, god gave them the genitals because he knew they were going to sin, so he thought before hand to give them the genitals, and instead of fixing the problem of them sinning, he gave them the genitals because he knew they were going to sin. See, now why can't you see the logic in the Bible?

God created them with genitals. He wanted them to reproduce and fill the earth with people. God said this before they sinned.
Genesis 1:28 - Further, God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it.....

yeah, he gave them them. Procreation is not a sin since thy were made for each other by god, in essence married. It was NOT a sin for them to have sex.

No, they were already there. But until they took a bite out of the apple, they were covered up by one of those blurry blocks like they use on COPS to cover up the faces of the suspects.
