The Apostles were also Jewish, you don't think they went to hell....do you?You really don't believe that Christ would defeat death and leave his own people out of the promise.....do you? Listen, when Jesus died on the cross, he died a Jewish Rabbi! Jesus IS Jewish! He will come back and sit on the throne of his Jewish ancestor, David! People do not go to hell just because they are Jewish. God told Abraham that all people would be blessed because of his seed! God said He would bless those who bless the Jewish people! Awe well, since I've already started typing I might as well give you my "answer" as a Jew :).
In Jewish beliefs, it is accurate to believe that all of those who died in the holocaust for being Jewish actually ended up in the best possible position you can be in in heaven! =)

No they did not go to Hell. As a Christian I believe all good people in this world, no matter what religion is followed (maybe not even a religion but a belief in a higher power) will not be punished in any kind of "after" life.
