No it's not ok. My cats LOVE raisins and I had been tossing them a few here and there. Just because I was wondering if this was normal or another example of my cats being weird I did a search on it.
Grapes and raisins aparently have some unknown toxic effect on cats and dogs that can cause kidney failure. Mine have eaten them to no ill effect but only in small amounts, still I wouldn't chance it.

Dont feed your cat human food for any reason this could cause health problems and make them jump on the table wanting more. Raisins......not good for your kitty. :(

you should not give her raisins because i know grapes aren't good for them 5 a day would be okay but not a whole box full fry a egg to see if she likes it my cats love them

Ask a vet. Raisins can be deadly to dogs. It can ruin their kidneys.

Maybe one or two.....but cat food would really be better....
Well I learned something new....I didn't know raisins were toxic......so I also change my answer to no.....thanks everyone for teaching me something new....not that I ever have raisins.

I say no to this because if the cat were to drink a lot of water they could swell and she might choke to death as she tried to vomit them up.
