Blackwater is made up of the best of the best. Retired Rangers and Seals, ect... did you know they have never lost a protective target in Iraq? The same Senators who are clammering for their removal use their services exclusively when they visit Iraq.

Groups like Blackwater don't take people out of highschools.
Most of their operatives are former special forces/highly trained types from militaries around the world.
Lots of South Africans, Aussies and Kiwis.

You don't just sign on with Blackwater or any other security firm of that level. You have to have military training first.
