If I had to pick, I'd pick beheading. 2 seconds and it's done.
My second choice would be hanging. Maybe 2 minutes.
Third choice, stoning. I'll just hope that the people doing it have bad aim. I also hope they do it with one big boulder so that it goes quickly.
Crucifixion is my last choice. Watch this video:

First you ask for the most inhumane then the most humane (what a person would prefer). So which is it?
OK, Stoning or crucifixion for the most inhumane. It's a toss up. For me, hanging or beheading is also a toss up. Both or quick if done right, but both could be agonizing if botched.

Either hanging or beheading. I mean, hanging usually breaks the neck. Beheading is quick and easy. Stoning is awful because that's a little tortuous but, Crucifixion probably last the longest. The most humane would probably beheading and the one I would pick.

They are all awful ways to die. Beheading would be the quickest followed by hanging (if done right), then stoning and finally crucifixion.

I believe the most inhumane would be crucifixion because I believe you're alive the longest and suffering the longest. Beheading would be the quickest death, no suffering besides the fear before hand.

I'd prefer beheading. Stoning is the cruelest. It is the most dehumanizing because they are whipping stones at you while you try to duck. Not a fun way to die. Nice question though.

The most painful would probably be crucifixion. The most gruesome would by beheading, especially if you saw your decapitated body..
If I had a choice, and If done correctly, I would die by hanging.

Beheading as long as it's a clean cut & I don't see it coming.
Who was the guy who would pick up the heads and show them their headless body while their brain was still dying?

Stoning would suck. So would crucifixion.
You should read up on what the Spanish Inquisition did to people. They had torture down to a science. They knew exactly how much flesh they could skin from your body without being fatal. They kept victims alive for weeks. Horrible, horrible people.
