It's likely that no matter what sort of food you eat, you're going to gain weight. Gaining weight is a complex equation of genetics, indulgence, and will power, none of which you apparently have. How do I know that? Because you've asked such an imbecelic question in the first place. Just face it...you're always going to be pudgy and doughy looking. Why, hell...look at your own mother...did you think you'd look any different than HER??

Check the back of any food item for the food content. There is will tell you the amount of calories, fat, etc. in the item. If it contains lots of fats and calories, chances are, it can make you gain weight, unless you burn it off. Also starch is bad 4 u 2!!!!

Eating loads of junk foods wont make you put on weight you know, you prolly have a fast metabolism like me. I eat loads of junk food and i never put on weight haha, it can be horrible so i understand.

Best thing to do is to kinda be happy with your figure because soon more than 50% of the population will be classed as obese... they can't stay away from chocolate to be honest... haha. So don't fall into that horrid statistic and remain thin, cos we are a dying breed :D

Hot-Fudge Sundaes! Also eat chips, and a candy-bar a day, and anything with over 5 grams of fat! That is, if you WANT to gain! Not too healthy, though. Fun, though, once in awhile! If you need to gain weight, try Ensure Plus! It's healthy, but expensive!

Anything high calorie, or white, such as white bread, rice, etc. Most foods prepackaged have ingredients in them to keep them fresh on the shelf, but the ingredients are playing havoc with our bodies. So, if we eat sensibly, cook our own foods and watch the labels to see what ingredients are being used, or when eating out, pick the healthier selections.
In answer to your question, any food can make us fat if we eat too much or eat with something else that is high calorie. Example: ice cream AND cake. Have fun eating..

Ice cream and Bread products. Anything high in carbs. I can't imagine wanting to gain weight I just look at food and I get hungry. But I controll myself. Good luck to you:-))

processed foods. anything canned, loaded with sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white flour, white rice, white bread...ect. anything occuring in its natural state (i.e fruit, veggies, meat, nuts, ect.) the closer to nature it is the healthier it is for you. however the basic premise of excess weight gain is due to consuming more calories than your body can use. so really eating too much of any kind of food will make you gain weight. this is why you have to moniter your portion sizes and make sure you are eating foods closer to nature which are harder to digest therefore using up some of their potential caloric value before it even gets digested down to the level of cellular fuel. processed foods are simple to digest and so your body doesn't have to do much work so more of those food calories go towards storage (i.e excess body fat).

fat foods include:
chocolate
pizza
lollies
over processed foods
just , if u want to gain weight just indulge yourself and eat whatever and whenever you want
