Life can lead you to God.
From the very start we are lead to God. So every religion that we see from others coming can be a way of accepting God...

GREAT question!
Religion does not lead a person to God, it is true.
But God just might lead you into His religion...

(Unfortunately, the word "religion" is not very popular just now, and for good reason...but consider, what does the Bible say about pure religion?)

Yes it's true, matter of fact religion has lead people away from God, it has not been a good example to follow and in these days with the news uncovering what she has done in the dark has many leaving the church.

We must define our terms.
Christians usually say that they have a "relationship" with Jesus, and that "religion" is efforts to please God--while Jesus has already done that. And this definition seems to be supported by Scripture when James says that "true religion is to visit widows and orphans in their distress." That is, do something for others who need help.
However, others define "religion" differently, and until the other agrees on terms, your question cannot be answered.

Only the Holy Spirit leads someone to Jesus Christ-- Romans 10:17 says "Faith comes from hearing and by hearing the word of God" (And see John 6:44)
There is only ONE God, and that is the God of the Holy Bible- Maker of Heaven and Earth, Our savior Jesus Christ!

Perfectly true. GOD leads a person to God. The Holy Spirit works in us to will and to do (to want to, and to act on that desire). Jesus speaks of sending His Spirit before the disciples to prepare the way, to make people want what they had to offer. Of course we have our free will to accept or reject, but God is the only one who knows our hearts well enough to see the buried desire for Him that we ourselves may not yet be aware of.

I speak from experience; God began to seek me *long* before I became aware that He was what I was looking for. It's like the parable of the Good Shepherd--HE is the one who goes out looking for the lost. The evangelists, missionaries etc. hold the tools but God does the work.
