Ignore the harasser.
Block emails/ims DO NOT REPLY!!!!!
whatever you do DO NOT REPLY!!!!
That will just fuel his or her need to harass this person.
I forget who you can call, but there is a contact for people who are harrassed on the internet.

Telling these people to stop only fuels their illness. Become ignorant to to it and it will go away.

change your identity and ignore the harasser or don't even go to chat rooms period.
