The dog is obviously in pain. I would recommend having a vet check her out. It's impossible to get a diagnosis online. (Even if a vet was reading this, he/she couldn't give a diagnosis. Examining an animal is a hands-on process.)

What do you mean you don't have money for the vet? You should be prepared for these emergencies. You should NOT be keeping 11 dogs if you don't have the money to care for them.
It sounds like your dog has hurt a rib. Or worse, it could be an internal infection. Beg and borrow the money to take her to the vet.
Also, did you mean her fur is black or her skin is black?? If her skin is black it is likely to be a form of dermatitis known as black skin disease. It's quite common among Pomeranians. If this is the case, go to the vet.
What are you expecting us to say if you don't have money for the vet? Are you expecting us to tell you how to check the placement of her ribs? Are you expecting us to run tests on her? We're not vets. We don't have medical training. And anybody who tries to teach you how to do these things ONLINE is not a vet either.
I'm betting the reason why you have 11 dogs is because you bred her mother.
Be responsible next time.

I also recommend a vet visit. I understand you love your dogs, but sometimes, when you're not able to financially care for all your dogs, it's time to find a few new homes. I completely understand you're capable of having all 11, but when you don't have extra money on hand, it's not the best situation. Imagine one of them needed to be rushed to the vet because of a serious injury. Would you have the money then? I, by no means, am trying to offend you or say you don't care for your dogs properly, but 11 dogs seem like just too much to be able to get them the medical care they need AND have extra money on hand in case anything happens. You can't determine what's wrong without a vet, so the best thing would be to get your pup in and try to borrow money from a relative or work out a payment plan with your vet.

I'm sorry but...why the heck would you get a puppy if you have no money? Do you think that dogs, especially puppies, require no care? Your dog could be seriously injured, you need to get her proper care or find her a home that can provide for her needs. No excuses!
Don't judge you? This has nothing to do with knowing you, this has everything to do with you being irresponsible. I'm sure all ELEVEN of your dogs are really well cared for, though. Good thing that people like you own pets.

You really have to take her into the Vet to get a good diagnosis. Would you want to be in pain that way if it was you? You would find some way to get some treatment -- help your puppy the same way. Most Vets have payment plans.

See if you can find a low cost clinic (craigslist pet section is great for help on finding one). When I have a concern about my dog and can't put the money down for a vet right away, I take him to a low cost clinic and it only costs me $10 for a vet's consult. If its something serious, I know I have to get him to his regular vet for treatment.

You really have to take her to the vet. It could be a broken bone or something internal. Are there any vet's around you that accept a payment plan?

if you were crying in pain everytime someone touched you, and your mom said sorry- can't afford to go to a doc, she could be charged with child abuse. You have too many pets if you cant afford to take care of them.

first off, is it a cry of pain or a moan or a growl? If its a growl it doesn't like you :P
if its from pain...look for anything from bumps to red spots to ticks or fleas...if theres nothing obvious I wouldn't know what is wrong with your dog.
It might just be uncomfortable with you touching his side?
If you feel like something is wrong, feel free to get it looked at it.
Has it gotten it's shots?
