The pump shaft is equipped with a threaded hole. There is a square headed bolt with a nut and washer that fits that threaded hole. Start the pulley on, thread the bolt all the way into the hole and tighten the nut.

the only easy way there is ,is to have someone do it,the place you buy the pump from will usually do it,other wise their not easy to do unless you have the right tools to do it with,there pressed on,and they wont come off without the right tool,good luck with it.

They are usually pressed on, if you take the old and new to a parts store they usually do it for free if you bought it there.
