Porto = harbor and leggero = gentle.

The name of the restaurant is Gentle Harbor, unless Leggero is the last name of someone, though I doubt it as Italian sirnames are usually nouns (i.e., pigeon, rock, shoe) and not adjectives.

Porto can also mean harbor, as well as port. Leggero is probably the owners last name, or possibly there is a harbor or port by this name somewhere.

Light Harbor/Port ('light' in the sense of not heavy) - Weak Harbor/Port - Thin Harbor/Port.

It doesn't make much sense, but that's what it means.
