I bake a lot for the holidays, and just thought I could get ahead of the game if I could make the dough now and freez it? All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It depends partly on the recipe, but if well wrapped it should keep about six to eight weeks. So, now would be a good time to get started.

You'll get better results if you use recipes specifically for freeze-and-bake cookies, rather than simply mixing up any recipe and then sticking the dough in the freezer.

Good luck and enjoy.
