It seems like I'm ALWAYS hungry. I'm not fat, but i have gained quite a bit of wieght in the past few years. I'm around 5'6 and I wiegh like 135......But I'm having some love-handle issues and a big butt! So anyways.......how do I curb all my food cravings? and yes, i am exercizing too.

Eat as much healthy food as you need to. i fill up on vegetables, salad, fruit & a bit of bread.

OMG i have the exact same problem! i hav a big butt and I am always hungry never feel full i think its best to eat like a lot of meals but small porportions like
7:00 am : cereal and fruit
9:00 am : fruit
12:30 : salad and a meal
3:30: snack
idk sumthin like this

Fill up on high fiber foods. And protein, lots of protein. Eat every 3 hours. No sugar or French fries.

first you aren't supposed to eat until you are full, that's a major problem . a diet based on whole foods is far more filling than processed foods and you can consume more of them because they are low calorie.
