no you dont need to lose weight...you have a bmi of 25 which puts you in the healthy weight range...a healthy bmi is between 20 and 25, so if you arent happy with your current weight you may feel better about yourself if you lose a few pounds.

not at all, your body weight is fine. you may want to get your body fat analyzed to see where it's at. for optimum health you want to be below average levels of body fat, the closer to 20% the better off you will be in the long run...
