ok so my brother lost alot of weight. 80 pounds in 5 months or so. he constantly is yelling at my mom and i. telling us that we don't do this right and that right because were not losing weight very fast. he thinks woman can lose weight just as fast as men and that we should be losing alot more then we are. he also told my mom that she could lose the excess skin from having 2 9 pound babies. she's really not fat, overweight yes but she looks small even at the weight she is. but could he be right? i lost anywhere form 1 -2 pounds a week. i watch what i eat and workout every other day for 20 minutes. i am taking it slow as i am just starting this workout regimine today. i don't feel frumpy. i'm not out of breath and i don't get tired alot. i have energy all day long. i work 8-9 hours a day, on my feet and running back in forth all day. but should i be doing more? i once heard a doctor say it's not all about your bmi, it's about your energy and how you feel on a daily basis. i feel great!

i wanted to point out that i am 249 pounds, 23 years old and i am 5'3. although i don't see myself as being a two ton heffer, i know i do need to lose weight and be more active. i do want to be healthy and i want to get pregnant within a few years from now. so my goal is to get to 150 pounds and boost everything- energy and all.
